Users of the Tag-Box.com service agree that they are reponsible for
their own actions, and that Tag-Box.com will not be held liable for
individual posts made using our Tag-Box service. Tag-Box.com does not
verify, endorse, or approve any content posted via our service, unless
the post is made by the owner of Tag-Box.com.
Tag-Box.com reserves the right to add/change/delete anything posted
via our Tag-Box service. Tag-Box.com also reserves the right to
suspend/delete the account of any Tag-Box.com Registered User for
any reason without notice.
Tag-Box.com attempts to back-up our service daily but will not be held
liable for any loss of data.
Users acknowledge that the there can be interruption of service
(due to upgrades, server downtime, etc) and that these interruptions
can not always be prevented. Therefore, users agree that Tag-Box.com
will not be held liable for any damages caused by interruptions to
the Tag-Box.com service.
Members who want to use our services must use valid E-mail addresses
and agree to accept the occasional E-mail update as part of their
service.
Users who use the Tag-Box.com service should be aged 13 or over.
Any persons aged under 13 must have permission from their parent or
guardian.
Users with a tag-box agree to keep, in its default form, the link
to Tag-Box.com viewable and clickable wherever the tag-box is displayed.
Users may not force their tag-box to automatically refresh other than
by using the built-in smart-refresh function.
Anyone found violating these Terms of Use may have their service
immediately terminated without notice.
Tag-Box.com reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time
without prior notice.
